Yes, it is important to have enough fresh vegetables in your diet, but not everybody has time to buy groceries every day, and spend time in the kitchen to wash them and cut them. A very easy to apply idea is to buy more vegetables and store them in your freezer, already washed and cut. This way, they will be handy, and you can add them to your meals, without having to spend too much time in the kitchen. Plus, this means that you will never have to skip your veggies again.

Comfortable temperature is a luxury of the modern world no one wants to give up, but it is a known fact that colder temperatures help your body burn more calories. This does not mean that you need to freeze to death, but getting the temperature in your home a bit lower will help you boost your metabolism.
