There are few reasons you shouldn't eat out. 10 - Don't Aim For Perfection
If you try to be perfect, sad to say, its not going to happen. So instead of setting yourself for disappointment try the 90/10 or 80/20 rule. Try to eat good 90% of the time and spoil yourself 10%.
If you don't indulge in junk food your going to drive yourself crazy. As a reward for eating healthy, grab a a piece of cake every once in awhile to congratulate yourself... but don't congratulate yourself too often.
